Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce and sales systems ecosystem
- Establish durable Sales Source of Truth
- Lead quarterly and annual CACV refreshes
- Define and manage Salesforce roadmap
- Own end-to-end order operations
- Ensure alignment of sales agreements
- Proactively mitigate risk through audits
- Lead Go-To-Market Engineering
- Own revenue organization technology stack
- Serve as thought partner to senior leadership
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience leading revenue systems
- Proven track record owning complex Salesforce environments
- Experience leading multi-team organizations
- Strong executive communication skills
- Deep expertise in Salesforce
- Revenue data architecture
- GTM technology ecosystems
