Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor new hires, in-seat sellers, and managers
  • Design, refine, and deliver enablement programs
  • Partner to deliver onboarding for new GTM hires
  • Prioritize and deliver sales plays, product assets, and case studies
  • Identify gaps using performance data and drive improvements
  • Strengthen team-based selling and territory execution
  • Deliver best practices and coaching through the right channels
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to identify enablement gaps

Required Skills

  • 5–10+ years in sales and/or sales-supporting role
  • Experience coaching or enabling enterprise or upper mid-market sellers
  • Experience with sales methodologies and qualification frameworks such as Force Management and MEDDIC
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience using modern sales and AI tools
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth (pre-IPO) environment
  • Comfort working with BI and analytics tools
