Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor new hires, in-seat sellers, and managers
- Design, refine, and deliver enablement programs
- Partner to deliver onboarding for new GTM hires
- Prioritize and deliver sales plays, product assets, and case studies
- Identify gaps using performance data and drive improvements
- Strengthen team-based selling and territory execution
- Deliver best practices and coaching through the right channels
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to identify enablement gaps
Required Skills
- 5–10+ years in sales and/or sales-supporting role
- Experience coaching or enabling enterprise or upper mid-market sellers
- Experience with sales methodologies and qualification frameworks such as Force Management and MEDDIC
- Strong analytical mindset
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
- Experience using modern sales and AI tools
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth (pre-IPO) environment
- Comfort working with BI and analytics tools
