Venture Measurement is a leader in dry-bulk and process measurement instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead aggressive sales growth for the Bindicator®, Kistler‑Morse®, and Niagara Meters® product lines
- Build, nurture, and grow a network of distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners
- Conduct product trainings and on-site application reviews
- Advise customers on level measurement or weighing solutions
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
- Expand territory penetration by growing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities
- Maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
- 7+ years in technical or industrial sales
- Experience managing OEMs, distributors, and reps (> $5M revenue responsibility)
- Hands-on experience in dry bulk powder or solids processing
- Strong command of Salesforce and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and process documentation
