Venture Measurement is a leader in dry-bulk and process measurement instrumentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead aggressive sales growth for the Bindicator®, Kistler‑Morse®, and Niagara Meters® product lines
  • Build, nurture, and grow a network of distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners
  • Conduct product trainings and on-site application reviews
  • Advise customers on level measurement or weighing solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
  • Expand territory penetration by growing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years in technical or industrial sales
  • Experience managing OEMs, distributors, and reps (> $5M revenue responsibility)
  • Hands-on experience in dry bulk powder or solids processing
  • Strong command of Salesforce and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and process documentation
