Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Territory Sales Representative Team
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Directors and Managers
  • Review and interpret analytical reports
  • Oversee customer visits and meetings
  • Participate in planning customer visit agendas
  • Ensure effective communication of customer insights
  • Gather competitor cross-reference data
  • Provide market intelligence
  • Support remote TSRs with office visits
  • Maintain travel logs, calendars, and tracking tools
  • Hiring and training TSRs
  • Develop and deliver performance reviews
  • Monitor training delivery and presentations
  • Attend trade shows and related events
  • Manage trade show logistics
  • Develop financial budgets for TSR expenses
  • Support TSRs on contact call reports
  • Track profitability logs and customer profiles

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
