Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Territory Sales Representative Team
- Collaborate with Customer Service Directors and Managers
- Review and interpret analytical reports
- Oversee customer visits and meetings
- Participate in planning customer visit agendas
- Ensure effective communication of customer insights
- Gather competitor cross-reference data
- Provide market intelligence
- Support remote TSRs with office visits
- Maintain travel logs, calendars, and tracking tools
- Hiring and training TSRs
- Develop and deliver performance reviews
- Monitor training delivery and presentations
- Attend trade shows and related events
- Manage trade show logistics
- Develop financial budgets for TSR expenses
- Support TSRs on contact call reports
- Track profitability logs and customer profiles
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 75%
