Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Territory Sales Representative Team
- Collaborate with Customer Service Directors and Managers to develop customer strategies
- Review and interpret analytical reports to identify opportunities
- Oversee customer visits and meetings
- Provide market intelligence to inform strategy and product positioning
- Promote proactive selling based on customer insights
- Coordinate with CS Directors for consistent execution of strategies
- Develop and deliver annual Employee Performance Reviews to TSRs
- Manage annual list of trade shows and coordinate marketing materials
- Support TSRs on submitting detailed contact call reports
- Track profitability logs and customer profiles
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 75%
