Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Territory Sales Representative Team
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Directors and Managers to develop customer strategies
  • Review and interpret analytical reports to identify opportunities
  • Oversee customer visits and meetings
  • Provide market intelligence to inform strategy and product positioning
  • Promote proactive selling based on customer insights
  • Coordinate with CS Directors for consistent execution of strategies
  • Develop and deliver annual Employee Performance Reviews to TSRs
  • Manage annual list of trade shows and coordinate marketing materials
  • Support TSRs on submitting detailed contact call reports
  • Track profitability logs and customer profiles

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
