Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and internal meetings

  • Maintain onboarding trackers
  • Support employee offboarding
  • Assist with contract creation for freelancers
  • Monitor timesheet submissions
  • Keep digital records organized
  • Improve People Ops workflows

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
  • Interview & Meeting Coordination
  • Onboarding processes
  • Offboarding processes
  • Freelancer & Contractor Support
  • Timesheet monitoring
  • General People Operations support
  • Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

Preferred Requirements

  • AI tools application in HR work
