Responsibilities
- Support quoting and order management activities
- Respond accurately to customer requirements
- Build and maintain knowledge of assigned accounts
- Utilize WWT tools and processes for configurations
- Provide quote and order management reports
- Assist and mentor new sales ops employees
Required Skills
- B.A. in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years sales or sales support experience in IT
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to utilize WWT internal systems and processes

- Ability to travel (<25%)
