- Contribute to regional processes and procedures
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in luxury Europe travel
- Direct experience with top-tier Tour Operators and DMCs
- Background in selling luxury to ultra-luxury travel
- Experience leading sales and operations teams
- Ability to communicate clearly in high-stakes situations
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing remote, globally distributed teams
- Comfort in fast-paced, build-phase environments
