- Identify new leads

- Qualify leads
- Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Handle objections and gather intent signals
- Collaborate with the sales team
- Participate in seasonal sales campaigns
- Provide periodic sales support
Required Skills
- 1+ year in a customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
- High-volume outreach experience
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with sales overlay tools like Gong
