Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to leaders and employees
- Partner with HRTSP team on talent strategy execution
- Implement organization and operating model projects
- Build a performance-based culture
- Provide guidance on sensitive employee matters
- Lead investigations into employee relations matters
- Support ad hoc projects related to talent agenda
- Liaise with other Centers of Excellence
- Advise on total compensation equity issues
- Ensure seamless delivery of employee experience
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Employee Relations or HR Generalist role
- Strong coaching
- Conflict resolution skills
- Project management expertise
- Strong organization, planning and project management skills
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR designation
