Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to leaders and employees
  • Partner with HRTSP team on talent strategy execution
  • Implement organization and operating model projects
  • Build a performance-based culture
  • Provide guidance on sensitive employee matters
  • Lead investigations into employee relations matters
  • Support ad hoc projects related to talent agenda
  • Liaise with other Centers of Excellence
  • Advise on total compensation equity issues
  • Ensure seamless delivery of employee experience

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Employee Relations or HR Generalist role
  • Strong coaching
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Project management expertise
  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills
  • Effective communication skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Workday
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR designation
