Responsibilities
- Achieve or overachieve financial targets
- Develop and execute strategy for business results
- Attract and retain top sales talent
- Conduct team prospecting sessions
- Ensure team members maintain C-level relationships
- Provide leadership and guidance
- Collaborate cross-departmentally
- Assist in negotiating pricing and contractual terms
- Forecast opportunities based on sales model
Required Skills
- 10-15 years consultative sales experience in high technology
- 5+ years management experience
- Protech Experience (a plus)
- Strong business acumen
