Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
  • Deliver customized presentations to brokers and prospective clients
  • Plan and conduct client seminars and presentations
  • Maintain understanding of products and effectively communicate them
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and track sales performance
  • Participate in sales meetings to review progress
  • Document sales activities using Salesforce
  • Manage existing broker relationships
  • Attend regional conferences and industry events
  • Act as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients
  • Collaborate with sales team and other departments
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong experience in territory management
  • Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable with technology and tools for virtual presentations
