Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
- Deliver customized presentations to brokers and prospective clients
- Plan and conduct client seminars and presentations
- Maintain understanding of products and effectively communicate them
- Identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and track sales performance
- Participate in sales meetings to review progress
- Document sales activities using Salesforce
- Manage existing broker relationships
- Attend regional conferences and industry events
- Act as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients
- Collaborate with sales team and other departments
- Provide feedback to sales leadership
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong experience in territory management
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Google Workspace
- Comfortable with technology and tools for virtual presentations
