Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees to enhance engagement, retention, and performance
• Resolve conflicts and guide employee relations
• Develop ways to support ongoing learning and professional growth
• Foster a positive company culture
• Lead and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Automate and streamline HR processes
• Implement and track HR metrics, analyze trends, and present insights

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in HR roles
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and metrics
• Excellent communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Good level of spoken and written English and Russian (minimum B2 level)

• Valid documents for traveling to EU countries
