Responsibilities
- Generate and execute sales plans
- Work closely with customers to understand business needs
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide technical support to customers
- Engage in problem solving and system analysis
- Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Technical sales or field sales support experience
- Current and valid driver's license
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry)
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
