Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans
  • Work closely with customers to understand business needs
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Engage in problem solving and system analysis
  • Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical sales or field sales support experience
  • Current and valid driver's license

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry)
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
