Responsibilities

  • Identify new revenue opportunities
  • Create and sustain senior relationships
  • Promote client relationships through thought leadership
  • Drive contract negotiations
  • Work with Sales Engineering and customers on solutions
  • Develop and deliver client proposals
  • Represent Ensono at field events
  • Communicate effectively to diverse audiences
  • Challenge current thinking to drive results
  • Recruit, train, and grow account executive team
  • Run business with Sales Operations and SFDC framework

Required Skills

  • 10 years of sales leadership
  • 15 years selling technology/managed service solutions
  • Experience in managing and closing complex sales opportunities
  • Experience in working with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security and outsourcing
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant experience in managing, reporting and forecasting sales pipelines
  • Deal creation, deal planning, and deal structuring expertise
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to cultivate strong client relationships
  • Experience in consultative role for opportunity development
