Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer accounts
- Scope and communicate technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams
- Leverage CRM/ERP tools for pipeline management
- Represent Sharpe at customer sites and industry events
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred
- 5+ years of account management in food & beverage, automation, or packaging
- Experience managing large accounts and capital projects ($500k–$5M+)
- Strong technical aptitude in process systems, automation, packaging
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
- Equivalent technical sales experience
