Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer accounts
  • Scope and communicate technical solutions
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams
  • Leverage CRM/ERP tools for pipeline management
  • Represent Sharpe at customer sites and industry events

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred
  • 5+ years of account management in food & beverage, automation, or packaging
  • Experience managing large accounts and capital projects ($500k–$5M+)
  • Strong technical aptitude in process systems, automation, packaging
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

  • Equivalent technical sales experience
