Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer accounts
  • Scope and communicate technical solutions in clear commercial terms
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams
  • Leverage CRM/ERP tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and account reporting
  • Represent Sharpe at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • Technical sales experience in food & beverage, automation, or packaging industries
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts and capital projects ($500k–$5M+)
  • Strong technical aptitude in process systems, automation, packaging, and turnkey project delivery
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

  • Equivalent technical sales experience
