Responsibilities

  • Assist with all HR related inquiries in payroll, compensation, benefits, policy
  • Serve as a company representative for human resources
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with HR team members and vendors
  • Maintain confidentiality and good judgement
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws
  • Support leaders in utilizing manager self-service tools
  • Identify opportunities to enhance colleague experience
  • Manage and enhance HR internal resource center
  • Maintain data integrity within HCM
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field
  • 1 year in office or HR related experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task
