Responsibilities
- Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned accounts
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers
- Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges
- Engage in problem solving through system analysis and data interpretation
- Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Technical sales or field sales support experience
- Current and valid driver's license
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
