Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting discovery calls with prospective clients
- Help prepare and deliver platform demonstrations
- Support the creation and delivery of client presentations
- Collaborate with the Engineering team on proof-of-concept solutions
- Communicate technical concepts clearly across various stakeholders
- Assist in resource planning and creating statements of work
- Qualify sales opportunities and help close deals
- Contribute to creating high-quality project documentation
- Keep informed about industry trends and competitive products
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, Data Analytics or related field
- Some experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting role
- Basic understanding of enterprise software or SaaS platforms
- Some experience in client-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce experience
- Familiarity with system architecture and business processes
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
