Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Help prepare and deliver platform demonstrations
  • Support the creation and delivery of client presentations
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team on proof-of-concept solutions
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly across various stakeholders
  • Assist in resource planning and creating statements of work
  • Qualify sales opportunities and help close deals
  • Contribute to creating high-quality project documentation
  • Keep informed about industry trends and competitive products

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, Data Analytics or related field
  • Some experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting role
  • Basic understanding of enterprise software or SaaS platforms
  • Some experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce experience
  • Familiarity with system architecture and business processes
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
