Responsibilities

  • Support Territory Managers and Key Accounts Managers
  • Secure sales growth by formulating solutions for customers
  • Train and support distributors and end-users
  • Implement and execute field service strategy
  • Troubleshoot at customers’ site
  • Provide feedback on industry trends and authorized distributors
  • Conduct product trials
  • Support customers with value-add activities
  • Work with product management to develop new products

Required Skills

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Civil or Chemical Engineering
  • 2-3 years of technical experience in manufacturing and/or engineering environment
  • 3-5 years of field sales engineering experience
  • Technical competence in product and application engineering
  • Knowledge in air & liquid engine filtration
  • Experience with diesel engine heavy equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills

  • Training on mechanism of filtration and diesel engine
  • Experience in Hydraulics/fluid power/biodiesel
  • Hands-on knowledge in customizing solutions for maintenance/operations challenges
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Excellent organization skills
