Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Executives
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans
  • Track progress and success against KPIs
  • Partner with Sales Enablement for training
  • Engage high priority client prospects
  • Ensure use of CRM and operational tools

Required Skills

  • 7+ years experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level
  • History of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Ability to lead and motivate others

Preferred Skills

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Understanding of sales technologies and practices
  • Passion for coaching and developing sales talent
