Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives
- Develop and execute account and territory plans
- Track progress and success against KPIs
- Partner with Sales Enablement for training
- Engage high priority client prospects
- Ensure use of CRM and operational tools
Required Skills
- 7+ years experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level
- History of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Ability to lead and motivate others
Preferred Skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Understanding of sales technologies and practices
- Passion for coaching and developing sales talent
