Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities: posting roles, reviewing applications, coordinating with candidates
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining HR documentation
  • Help with finance tasks such as expense tracking, invoice handling, and reporting
  • Support legal administration, including reviewing and organizing contracts and compliance documents
  • Learn about international contractor management and global workforce operations
  • Collaborate with multiple departments

  • Strong organizational skills
