Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities: posting roles, reviewing applications, coordinating with candidates
- Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining HR documentation
- Help with finance tasks such as expense tracking, invoice handling, and reporting
- Support legal administration, including reviewing and organizing contracts and compliance documents
- Learn about international contractor management and global workforce operations
- Collaborate with multiple departments

- Interest in HR, legal, or finance fields
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to handle confidential information
- Good written and spoken English communication
