Responsibilities

  • Lead a 7-region sales team and set clear goals & KPIs
  • Build relationships with buyers, VPs, and C-suite at key accounts
  • Win new national retail accounts and expand existing chains
  • Design and justify annual sales plans and forecasts to leadership
  • Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and outlooks regularly
  • Identify market shifts and competitive moves; adjust tactics fast
  • Organize and staff trade shows; support product launches
  • Coach field teams on store execution, merchandising, and service
  • Partner with ops/merchandising on inventory and delivery issues
  • Travel with reps ~14 weeks yearly; lead during peak show seasons

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of Sales experience
  • 3+ years of Sales Management experience
  • Experience calling on retail locations or dealer networks
  • OEM tractor, tillage, farm, off-road, or mobile equipment sales experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
