Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and routing inbound leads
  • Engaging with prospects via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools
  • Measuring success by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed

Required Skills

  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Task organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with modern tooling (CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases)
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally and/or in person
  • Patience in working with non-tech-savvy users
