Responsibilities
- Qualifying and routing inbound leads
- Engaging with prospects via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools
- Measuring success by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed
Required Skills
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Task organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern tooling (CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases)
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally and/or in person
- Patience in working with non-tech-savvy users
