Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and dealer support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer vehicle and product issues
  • Issue RMAs for faulty or returned products
  • Document product issues and coordinate follow-up with the Quality Control team
  • Manage general information requests and customer communications promptly and accurately
  • Support sales efforts by answering product and service questions
  • Learn and stay current on new products; educate customers on features and usage
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer profiles and interaction notes
  • Resolve product or service issues
  • Participate in required company events, trade shows, and customer-facing activities
  • Assist the Sales Department with dealer and customer support inquiries as needed

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze technical information and troubleshoot issues
  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting automotive or aftermarket performance products
  • Knowledge of 1967-1987 Chevy C10 trucks and classic Mustangs
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
