Responsibilities
- Qualifying and routing inbound leads
- Engaging with prospects through calls, emails, live chat
- Using internal tools like Slack and Salesforce
- Meeting quotas based on product demonstrations booked and completed
Required Skills
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Task organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern tooling (CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases)
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally and/or physically
- Patience in dealing with non-tech-savvy users
