Responsibilities
- Qualifying and routing inbound leads through self-service and inside sales
- Engaging with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets by booking and completing demonstrations
Required Skills
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Task organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRMs
- Experience with Health Scoring
- Experience with Live chat
- Experience with Knowledge bases
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally and/or physically
- Patience working in a non-tech-savvy industry
