Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and routing inbound leads through self-service and inside sales
  • Engaging with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly targets by booking and completing demonstrations

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Task organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently

  • Experience with CRMs
  • Experience with Health Scoring
  • Experience with Live chat
  • Experience with Knowledge bases
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally and/or physically
  • Patience working in a non-tech-savvy industry
