Access is a women-owned and women-led destination management company that collaborates with clients to design and execute corporate events and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales metrics through strategic leadership
  • Develop and train on effective sales strategies
  • Maintain and build strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of a sales team
  • Conduct annual and bi-annual reviews of sales team members
  • Educate/motivate team members to meet sales performance indicators
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting
  • Define and refine ongoing sales training
  • Engage with clients during pre-sale, development, and execution stages
  • Work with Managing Director to create synergy among departments

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of proven sales success in a DMC or hospitality/events industry
  • At least 2 years experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong local market knowledge and established relationships
  • Coaching and developing a sales team

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce power-user
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Verifiable knowledge and relationships in the specific, local destination
