Responsibilities
- Build a culture of excellence through performance coaching
- Manage daily operations including scheduling and performance reviews
- Provide direct feedback to enhance internal processes
- Engage directly with customers to simplify their experience
- Collaborate to identify gaps in coverage and increase policy sales
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
- Experience in a high-volume contact center environment
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or 'player-coach' capacity
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Strong technical aptitude
- Comfort with CRM tools and omni-channel communication platforms
