Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for designated accounts
- Develop deep technical expertise in assigned products
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) for territory and pipeline management
- Achieve or exceed sales targets
- Ensure local and country-specific business requirements are met
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Laboratory experience preferred
- General knowledge of the product portfolio
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
Preferred Skills
- Ability to travel within the territory approximately 70% of the time
- Additional languages valuable for international roles
