Responsibilities

  • own and improve pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • analyze pipeline health
  • develop and maintain dashboards and reports
  • lead cross-functional projects
  • act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce
  • standardize reporting and analytics
  • provide proactive insights and recommendations

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or business operations
  • working in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • partnering with sales leadership
  • sales processes understanding
  • pipeline management
  • proficiency in Salesforce
  • 2+ years of hands-on reporting/dashboard experience
  • advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
